1100 First St. NE

1100 First St. NE is an eleven-story office building, constructed in 2009 at the corner of First and L St. NE.  It was designed by the architectural firm Krueck & Sexton.   The sides of the building on First Street and on L St. slope outward, and are entirely glass.

410 M St. SE

The Carroll Apartments, built in 1964, are at 410 M St. SE.  There are 56 one-bedroom apartments in the building.  These apartments are administered by the District Housing Authority, as affordable housing for seniors.
