The Union Trust Building, at 740 15th St. NW, was designed in 1906 by Wood, Donn & Deming. It is in the Neo-Classical Revival style, with Corinthian columns. The structure is made of concrete and steel, faced with Mt. Airy granite.
After Union Trust, the building was later owned by the First American Bank. The recent owner was the American Bar Association, who owned the building for 17 years, selling it in 2012 for $69 million. It is now being converted into mixed-use space.
