This building is a boarded-up three-story red brick rowhouse. There is no visible address, but is presumed to be 457 I St. The entire row of properties, from 443 to 459 I St., is scheduled to become a 172-unit apartment building plus retail space, by Equity Residential. This property, and the adjacent property at 455 I St., are 1880’s historic row houses, and are remaining as part of the apartment complex as approved by the D.C.
