810 7th St. NW is a large eight-story office building, with 250,000 sq. ft. of office space and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The offices are occupied by commercial tenants, as well as the Office of Justice of the U.S. Justice Department. RFD restaurant occupies part of the ground floor.
The exterior of the building is masonry and terra cotta, and incorporates the facades of several rowhouses that were from the early 20th century. The building won the 1991 Cornerstone Award for “Best Urban Office Building Over 175,000 Square Feet.”
