2801 Connecticut Avenue is a four-story brick apartment building with 35 units. It was built in 1919.
4441 Wisconsin Avenue is a three-story stone building constructed as a Masonic Temple in 1926. Currently, the William R. Singleton Hope-Lebanon Lodge #7 occupies one portion of the building with a door on the side of the front, and two small restaurants with glass fronts occupy the main part of the front facade.
638 I St. NW is an old building in Chinatown on the corner of I St. and 7th St. Currently a bank occupies the main corner part of the building, and Lee and Associates, an urban design firm, occupies offices on the I St. side.
