1300 H St. NE

1300 H St. NE is a small one-story building at the corner of H St. and 13th St.  It was built as a D.C. library kiosk in 1982, and closed in 2008.  The District sold it to developers who will replace the building with a four-story combined retail and residential unit.

The signs in the door and window are from Capital Fringe, which is located nearby.  This building served temporarily as the box office for the 2015 Capital Fringe Festival.
