950 L’Enfant Plaza

950 L’Enfant Plaza is the south building of the four original main buildings in L’Enfant Plaza.  L’Enfant Plaza was completed in 1968.  The overall look of the plaza was designed by I.M. Pei, in the Brutalist style.  The south building was designed by Araldo Cassuto, of I.M Pei and Partners.  It is long and low, with 8 stories and recessed windows in the concrete facade.  GSA leases the building from its private owners.
