Three Constitution Square is one of the three 12-story buildings at Consitution Square that transformed the area by the NOMA Metro when they were completed in 2014. The buildings are LEED-certified platinum. Three Constitution Square has a glass facade with aluminum, and has a variety of private-sector tenants.
